Meal Plan & Grocery List #6

Meal Plan & Grocery List #6

Here's a new meal plan for your week! This week's meal plan includes a seafood dish for those observing Lenten Friday's or for seafood-lovers in general.

Some recipes are available on my blog, some recipes are from various volumes of A Month of Dinner. If you have either the paperback book A Month of Dinner: Vol. 1-3 or the digital e-book bundle with all 3 volumes, you'll be able to cook every recipe in all the meal plans I share! Start saving money, saving time and making dinner easier, healthier and delicious with A Month of Dinner. It's made it's way into thousands of kitchen's across the country!

I hope you find this week's meal plan helpful, happy cooking!

RECIPES:
-One-Pot Tuscan Chicken Pasta (on the blog and in A Month of Dinner, Vol. 3)
-Balsamic Pork Chops (in A Month of Dinner, Vol. 2)
-Cornflake Chicken with Jalapeño Ranch Sauce (in A Month of Dinner, Vol. 3)
-One-Pot Shrimp & Tomato Orzo

A few things to note:
-You choose your side for both the pork chops and cornflake chicken! I like to do green salads with both.

GROCERY LIST:
I had $108.32 as a total. Total cost is dependent on geographical location, grocery store of choice, preferred brand, preferred quality and other variables. My total includes a mix of organic/non-organic, store-brand/non store-brand choices.

A number of these items are part of my Pantry Staples list. Having these staples on hand in your kitchen can help reduce your grocery bill significantly! Download my free Pantry Staples list.
